Shandong Natural Gas Pipeline Branch Line Project Renovation Project
2025-05-08
The Shandong Natural Gas Pipeline Branch Project, as a regional energy artery, faces risks of natural gas leakage, hydrogen sulfide corrosion, and high-pressure environmental explosions. Based on the accumulation of explosion-proof technology in the oil and gas field, Kingdon Electric has built a comprehensive explosion-proof protection system for gate stations, valve chambers, and pipeline routes.
For high-voltage gas transmission stations, a customized Ex d IIB+H2 T3 explosion-proof distribution system is provided. The core equipment has passed ATEX and GB 3836 dual certifications, and the shell is made of 316 stainless steel+PTFE composite anti-corrosion technology, with a pressure resistance level of PN160. The project deployed 28 explosion-proof electric actuators and 45 sets of intrinsic safety laser gas detectors, integrated with an AI voiceprint diagnostic system, to achieve a 0.5-second warning of methane leakage. Innovative application of explosion-proof positive pressure control cabinet, coupled with redundant ventilation design, ensures that the combustible gas concentration inside the cabinet is less than 10% LEL. 16 explosion-proof LED lighting towers have been installed along the pipeline, with an IP69K protection level suitable for high salt spray environments along the coast, and a luminous flux maintenance rate of over 90% for five years.
The engineering team synchronously implements a lightning protection anti-static composite grounding scheme to eliminate the risk of potential difference. The explosion-proof compliance rate of the renovated back-end station is 100%, the equipment operation and maintenance efficiency is improved by 50%, and the annual maintenance cost is reduced by 35%, laying a solid safety foundation for the intelligent transformation of long-distance pipelines. Jindun will continue to use highly reliable explosion-proof technology to safeguard the green and low-carbon development of national energy infrastructure.
