As a key project of the national level chemical park, the Baiyang electric heating distribution and lighting project in Yaojiagang Chemical Park, Yichang, has strict requirements for safety protection and equipment reliability. Our company, with 20 years of technical accumulation in the field of explosion-proof, provides a full scenario explosion-proof distribution and lighting solution for this project, empowering the safety production of the park with technology.
In response to the high-risk characteristics of chemical scenarios, the solution adopts an independently developed Ex d Ⅱ C T4 explosion-proof distribution system, which integrates intelligent leakage protection, overload warning, and dual circuit redundancy design. The core components have passed ATEX/IECEx dual certification to ensure continuous and stable power supply in flammable and explosive environments. The explosion-proof lighting series is equipped with high transmittance nano protective glass and IP68 sealed structure, with a light intensity of 150Lux/m ², achieving zero spark risk operation in volatile gas environments such as methanol and benzene.
The project innovation adopts acid alkali corrosion resistant alloy materials and modular structural design, combined with thermal imaging online monitoring system, effectively responding to complex working conditions such as high temperature and humidity. The engineering team implemented the "one machine, one strategy" installation plan and completed the deployment of 35 explosion-proof distribution units and over 2000 explosion-proof lighting fixtures in the park. The energy consumption of the entire system was reduced by 40% compared to the traditional plan, and the maintenance cycle was extended by three times.
