Faced with the complex environment of high humidity, high salt spray, and high pressure difference on the seabed, Kingdon empowers this super project with cutting-edge explosion-proof technology to build a strong safety defense line for world-class cross sea cluster projects.


A targeted explosion-proof product system is developed, using EXd Ⅱ CT6 explosion-proof grade and 316L stainless steel anti-corrosion material, suitable for long-term corrosion in deep-sea environments. The intelligent explosion-proof distribution system is equipped with a multi band sensing module, which monitors methane, temperature, humidity, and pressure changes in the pipe gallery in real time, and triggers a millisecond level linkage locking mechanism; Customized explosion-proof lighting equipment achieves IP69K protection level with a fully sealed structure, ensuring the safety of underwater operations up to 40 meters. All equipment has passed ATEX and IECEx international certifications and has been successfully applied in key areas such as tunnel power rooms and emergency passages.


In response to the special needs of underwater pipeline corridors, two major technological breakthroughs have been achieved: the first "explosion-proof+anti-corrosion" dual coating process, which extends equipment life by three times; The wireless explosion-proof relay device overcomes the problem of electromagnetic shielding and achieves a data transmission stability of 99.99%. At present, over 2000 explosion-proof equipment have been delivered for the immersed tube section of the channel. After extreme environmental pressure testing, the performance exceeds the industry standard by 28%.


In the construction of the "hundred year quality" in the Shenzhen Zhongshan Channel, Jindun synchronously builds a digital operation and maintenance platform to achieve full time domain intelligent control of explosion-proof equipment.
