For the special environment of volatile solvents such as ethanol and acetone, an Ex ia IIC T4 intrinsic safety distribution system is adopted, equipped with intelligent arc suppression technology, and key equipment has passed ISO 80079 international certification. Innovative application of honeycomb heat dissipation structure and IP66 protection design in explosion-proof lighting system, equipped with 1200 sets of LED explosion-proof lamps and 85 intelligent distribution boxes, achieving full coverage of clean rooms and hazardous chemical warehouses. The project integrates AIoT operation and maintenance platform, which can monitor equipment insulation performance and temperature rise data in real time, and improve fault warning response speed by 70%.
The technical team customizes 304 stainless steel explosion-proof shell and solvent corrosion resistant coating process, adapts to GMP standard clean environment, synchronously optimizes EMC electromagnetic compatibility design, and eliminates potential interference hazards of precision instruments. After the project is put into operation, the explosion-proof safety level of the park has reached the national standard GB 3836, and the annual maintenance cost has been reduced by 45%, building a safety barrier for the high-quality development of the biopharmaceutical industry.
